The season schedule is posted and will start shaping up as
each team books their weekend.

Several teams have
raised good questions:
1. League fees: We have not heard of the
need to create a League Fee. USA Hockey
registration begins August 1st. Each player and team
must take care of that on their own BEFORE the first games.
2. Those teams that are district bound will be able to
get their qualifying 14 games lined up and have their
14/10 requirements met.. OTHER teams that wish to
participate on an "Invitation" basis with Rec games or team tournaments
are welcome to co-ordinate and post invites / information with the
SEWHL webmaster.
3. Refs: the games will have 2 refs as required by
USA Hockey and all paperwork should be in order for every team
BEFORE their FIRST game in order to qualify for playing
teams that are District bound.
4. Promoting Women's Hockey: Good
budgets and schedules can actually turn into a motivational and
promotional tool for keeping players and getting new players...
since fees and schedules are always such big factors in keeping
the teams together! We hope to have SEWHL
tournaments

Center Ice Magazine
All photos and game results
that we can show the public help make people more aware of
Women's Hockey and the pending
schedule of games in their area.
